UK Delivery

We use DHL guarantee next working day delivery, at a flat rate of £6.80
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm, weekends and bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

International Delivery

We use DHL Air Express for all our international delivery.

The Shipping rate is dependent on the weight of the package.

Any import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges.

Any parcels that are refused due to customs charges, the customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees.

Exchange and Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, we can offer you a full refund or exchange.

The refund will be for the item itself, although we cannot refund you postage costs.

The item must be returned unworn and with all tags attached and all packaging included. Returns will not be accepted if this is not the case.

All returns, both in the UK and international, must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

It is also your own responsibility to return the said items. We cannot be held responsible for anything that is lost in transit of the return process.

When making a return please include your name, order number and reason for return.

Once the item has been returned and if everything is satisfactory, your payment will be refunded straight away. Please note that it can take up to seven working days for the payment to reach your account.
